Do you have an example?
Hog 4 is a tracking console so your cues build on each other. So if in list 1 cue 1 fixtures 1 thru 10 and red but in list 1 cue 2 fixture 5 thru 10 are blue then when you play through the list you will have fixtures 1 thru 4 in blue and 5 thru 10 in red when you're in cue 2.
The console is also HTP so if multiple cue lists are running the one that was last played last will be the values on stage but just for the fixtures in the cue. So if in list 1 cue 1 fixtures 1 thru 10 and red but in list 2 cue 1 fixture 5 thru 10 are blue and list 2 was played last then fixtures 1 thru 4 will be blue and 5 thru 10 will be red because list 2 told them to be.
You can also open your cue and look at the values programmed in it if you think it's in there wrong.
You can also open the output window and click on Sources and this will show you where the value from each fixture is coming from
