It seems if you have a fade time that isn’t a whole number, such as 1.5s, then you cannot have any fanned delay times (such as 2 > 0 > 2 across the selection). In this case when you apply the time only palette all delay times will be 2s. I tested this in v3.17.1 using colour parameters.
If the fade time is 1s it works.
