13.9.1 Timecode Issue

Is your volume all the way up on your LTC source?

It is. I'm running out of the source machine into a Scarlett, from Scarlett into a Timecore and out. When I isolate the timecode chanel(left) i can hear it no probelm. My Timecore monitoring page I can see the SMPTE receive in is working. Coming out of the Timecore I've checked LTC out and have it. Which really I wouldn't need the Timecore out of the Scarlett. But now I'm sending SMPTE over MIDI and have it. So that's where I'm curious if it's a bug or some how the physcal 3pin connection into the console is the problem.

Can you run directly from your LTC source to the console? I am not having issues on 3.19.1 but I am running direct

Yep, Tried that too. Sounding more and more like it's the receive card on the console. Just the LTC though, which is wild to me because my MIDI input works just fine. But technology right.... haha 

If you go into the diagnostics tab in the Control Panel and press Test LTC input does it work?

the application and computer could also have separate volumes so double check they're all the way up and panned to the left before you test the LTC

I was running out of Scarlett direct and can isolate just the time code channel, also running into a Timecore which shows me every metric possible in the timecode. So I know 100% it’s not the source. Scarlett or the Timecore. I tested cables too. I’m the only owner of the console too, which was manufactured in 2014 and has had a lot of time code passed through it, so it doesn’t surprise me. Just wanted to make sure no one else had this problem.
