Road Hog 4 21 and setting up Qlab with my laptop

I am having a hard time figuring out how to set up Qlab through MIDI with my Road Hog 4 21. The help desk on the console says theres MIDI outputs on the board but there isnt. What are the basic linking steps or things I need in order for this to work. I have a USB MIDI connection but since the console has to MIDI ports I cant use it.

Hi Jaxon,

You're right, the RoadHog does not have physical MIDI ports but we allow communication through USB with any device that is MIDI Class Compliant. You can check out the MIDI device set up of the Mac here, https://support.apple.com/guide/audio-midi-setup/set-up-midi-devices-ams875bae1e0/mac
