Would anyone be able to suggest any reason why we might lose all colour information when changing type ?
I've been doing this for years and generally don't have any issues but on this particular occasion we lost all CMY/Fixed wheel info all the way through the entire show.
Changing Robe Pointe (fixed colour wheel ) to another Beam fixture with a fixed wheel and no C/M/Y
Changing CMY spots to another CMY spot fixture
01 x Fullboar using S/W 3.19.1.
The fixtures that we didn't change type from are fine and kept all colour info.
Really odd and very annoying....
