I tried doing a search for troubleshoot in this area, but couldn’t find one so sorry if this is just another Duplicate question
I recently downloaded PC to my laptop in order to get some work done ahead instead of doing it at the event on the same day. I added fixtures and configure the channels as I wanted them for the day of, and when it came to the event on the day. when I put my USB Into the hog that I had Save the show onto From the hog pc, Was not able to load the file. It acted as if it was the incorrect file and said it could not load file.
was wondering if anyone know why this might be happening?
