Hog 4 PC v3.21.1 Download

I am trying to use Hog 4 PC v. 3.21.1 and I keep getting the following GadgetDrvChange.exe - System Error

"The code execution cannot proceed because DIFXAPI.dI was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I have re-installed several times and get the same error.  How can I fix this?

    Good morning.  I don't know if that's the same error message, but I have recently encountered two cases where Hog 4 PC would not run.  It turns out that the BIOS needed updating.  If you have a Dell, please run the Dell Command update, which will update the BIOS as needed.  If it's a different brand, please update the BIOS per manufacturer's specs and see if that helps.  I would run Windows Update as well.  Please let us know if you have any success.  Thanks so much!

    I am running this on a MacBook M1 with Parallels Desktop installed.  Running Windows 11 Pro, latest version.  I have re-installed  Windows and ensured that I am on the latest version of Parallels.  I tried downgrading my Hog4 PC to 3.19 and still get the same error message.

    Should I try to reinstall Parallels and Windows?
