You can program this into your cues/scenes, and you can do this in the programmer with "Fade Changes"

First, Select your fixtures, then you have to specify a base value for the color say 0* hue and 100% saturation, which will get you red.

[Colour][Time][Time][X][Thru][Y][Thru][X] this will give you a fanned delay time of your choosing.

You can also use a plot to select your fixtures in the preferred order.
