It would be expected to have the ability to choose (change from default) the installation path from the Windows installer. If not the exact path, at least the drive. Not everyone can afford any additional software on their pc to fill the main drive.
As a work around I would suggest relocating other things off your C drive on onto a different drive, such as videos which normally take up large amounts of space. Hog 4 PC only requires 5GB of free hardware space.
