HedgeHog 4....no touch screen....monitor and mouse?

hello anyone, curious if a regular HedgeHog 4 will run using a regular monitor and mouse, if the touch screen is out.....

pre dvi/d and vga plugs?
or only units with these (after 2015)?

You can send your console in to be upgraded. contact your local dealer.

so only on the ones with dvi/d and vga plug can use a regular monitor and mouse correct?
and if it doesnt have these plugs on the back then it can be upgraded........

You can use a mouse and keyboard with the original HedgeHog4.
