Have you any USB devices plugged in? Mouse/Keyboard/USB drive? Have you any network cables plugged in? Unplug everything first and then try to boot again?
Temporary solution: Boot console while continually tapping the F2 key on a USB keyboard. This will get you into the BIOS, change the date and time(this is very important) F3 to save changes F4 to exit the bios Your console will boot up like normal now.
Long term solution; Replace the battery Repeat steps above
