Unable to Recall Effect Pallets....Help!

Hey y'all,

I am working on a Hog4 console using software version 3.16.0 and I am unable to recall effect pallets. I can create them and record them, but I get no dice when it comes to recalling them. This goes for the pre-recorded effects as well. Any idea what is going on??

Hi,
Can you explain how you are recording the effects pallets?
Are you using multiple fixtures ?
Are you selecting/deselecting any parameters within the Kinds mask when you record the effect?
Can you use the in-built effects within the effects directory or are they not working also.
