You've written the profile with a range that overlaps a single value. You told the system that DMX 181-216 equates to 0-300rpm. Then you told the system that 217-219 is also 0 rpm.
The problem for Hog - which translates real world values to DMX - is that it would not know which DMX value to pick if you programmed 0rpm. That's why it is an error.
