Colour correction mode

Hi Guys,

shortly we‘ve bought a bunch of Cameo F2 FC LED Fresnels.

Because I‘m a lazy guy I want to safe my preferred CTO as default for those fresnels on my RoadHog 4.

When my fixtures are in Normal Colour Mode the CTO does NOT affect the output of the fixture.

It works perfectly with my fixtures set to Colour Correction mode, but I’m not able to safe the mode es default…

Is there any way to fix that problem?

Question 2:

With those new fixtures I have a million ways to set the colors:

HSV, v-RGB, v-CMY, and so on …

Is there a way to set this to RGB for example by default and disable anything else?

Thanks in advance!

  • For question 1 You can set the colour mode as you want and do “record fixture enter”. In the pop-up window you choose only color (if the color mode is part of the color kind) and hit enter. If the colormode is a control channel then you choose control. With the record fixture command you record the default values for the selected fixtures. You can undo this in patch -> edit fixtures -> restore default.

    question 2

you could create your own kind keys with only RGB parameters. For in the programmer window you can hide all the columns you don’t want and safe this as a view.
