I am having trouble opening light converse on my laptop :/. After plugging in the dongle the screen displays a 'license online verification' message for about 30 secs before an error message stating 'Can't register online, no internet access' pops up. I made sure to give LC access around my firewall, and that's all I can think of to solve the problem. Help?
(update: trying another PC did not work. I still got the same message)
