Hi,
I am using a Hedgehog 4S in an auditorium. I took over from somebody else before and i noticed something i don't know how to resolve.
I have several clay paky washes and spots. Some of them seemed very dim compared to having intensity @ 100%.
I checked the DMX output and when i have them on 100% intensity, the DMX intensity output is on 40%. When i manually test that DMX address the light power doubles. It seems like somekind of limitation put on the DMX or the fixture.
Any idea how to take this off?
