Net3 ACN Gateway 7.0.0.9.0.11 - can't change backlight setting

Hi,

I have three Net3 ACN Gateways which I've updated to v7.0.0.9.0.11 firmware successfully. However, after updating I haven't been able to change their backlight settings from GCE (3.0.2) - the options are greyed out.

Bug or any suggestions?

I just tested on my setup and can't make backlight changes in GCE either. I'll ask some friends what they know.

In the mean time, download Net3 Concert if you haven't (2.0.2 was just released) and make backlight changes through Concert. I just made changes on my setup in Concert so there should be no problems.

Hi Mr. Fox,

Starting with version 7, GCE is no longer supported. Please use our Net3 Concert Software which can be downloaded for free from our website and installed on a windows pc or an ETC Cobalt Family or EOS Family console.

Then in Concert you can use all the settings again.

I hadn't realised GCE was being dropped. I'll start using Concert as standard now then.
