I have a venue in Argentina with the following gear:
(6) Sensor racks with CEM+ controller
(1) Gio Console
(3) Response 4 port gateway
On Friday I decided to update the Gio console to V2.7.3 and Concert to V3.0.
Running Concert from the console I realised there was an update for the gateways also. I decided to update one by one. The first took almost 15 min to upload the firmware. The update was done succesfully, but I decided for the second one to use my PC. I connected the notebook to the same Ethernet port as the console and with the same cable (I only have one Ethernet outlet in my booth) and the upload took only 30 secs (PC is also running Concert 3.0). The third gateway update was done from the console and it took again 15 min to upload.
Any ideas what could be causing the difference? Regarding the daily operation I don't see delays or lags controlling dimmers, moving lights or LEDs. I do see some delay connecting to the racks through Concert.
