RDM for the SmartBar 2

We are using a SmartBar 2 hooked up to Jands Vista, but the bar keeps reseting the DMX start value. We can reprogram it to the correct setting manually, but I am wondering if we can change the start address via RDM. If so how would one go about that? Thanks in advance!

Hello Robert,

The fixture is RDM compatible, you will need a console that supports RDM and ensure all splitters,etc in between are RDM compliment.

However, if the unit is loosing it's start address, I would advice repair of this unit.
