Smartbar 2 died

I have a Smartbar 2 that has died.  It has power, but the LED display will not light up.  The AUX works, but can't dim anything.  Anyone have any ideas before I take it in to be serviced?

  • There is a power supply in the bar that provides power for the "brains" of the dimming, it sounds like that has died.

    An authorized service center could definitely replace that pretty easily, or if you are comfortable disassembling the unit you could replace it yourself. It's a custom circuit board, so you'd need to buy it from an ETC distributor.
