Source Four Series Two LED error

We have a Source Four Series 2 fixture with the following error message:

Color System Fail

The manual states:

Fixture does not have its color information loaded. Most likely represents a hardware failure.

What can we do, or is this a matter for ETC Tech support?

I'm sorry your fixture is displaying that error. Unfortunately, that isn't an error that can be resolved in the field and the fixture will need to come in for repair. Please gather the serial number of the fixture and work with Tech Support and your favorite dealer to arrange for that fixture to be repaired.
