Concert work with an Smartfade Program switch.

Question

My Venue has older Wall switch plates (I believe they are Smartfade 10 button panels). Can I access them through Concert to reprogram? If so how do I get to it?

 It sounds like you might have a SmartLink Architectural Control System which unfortunately does not have network connectivity and is not configurable via Concert. You can find more information about SmartLink Stations here: SmartLink Button Stations as well as the in manual for the particular controller (SmartPack/SmartSwitch/SmartLink ACP/CEM+) that you have in your system.
