b113 Moving whole universe moves first fixture on that universe only

Hi, 
 starting with (likely) 3.1.0, the syntax 
 Address 1/ Move To 10/ only moves the first fixture on that universe. 
 
 Using the command a second time will move channel 2 in this example. Switching to Patch Address has no effect.

Hi Oliver, Appears this is new as of 3.0.0. A work around is to do the following: Patch Address: 1 Thru 10 Enter Patch Channel: Chan 1 Thru 10 At 10 / Enter This will move those addresses to Universe 10.
