I just installed the beta on my Windows 10 desktop. When I launch the Augment3d tab the window size is wrong. I have 1 single monitor and the resolution is UHD 3840x2160.
Also, the Augment3d engine window stays on top of my other tabs. I tried to uninstall Eos and then reinstall, but the issue persists. Additionally, when I try to exit the software when the Augment3d engine window is on top of another tab, the tabs at the bottom of the display duplicate on top of each other.
Thank you for your report. We will look into this.
Could you please check what Scaling (Windows display setting) you're using on this monitor?
The monitor scaling is set to 150% which is the Windows 10 default for UHD monitors. I tried setting the scaling to 100% and this fixed the issue of the Augment3d engine window floating on top of other tabs and the weird size issue.
However, when I try to exit Eos in an Augment3d tab, the tabs at the bottom of the display still double up.
Would you mind checking if it makes a difference whether you start Nomad in Fullscreen or in windowed mode?
In windowed mode it's even worse. After trying to resize the offline editor window this happens:
Hi samkphx , would you please send us a set of Eos log. Feel free to use this Upload Link
I just uploaded my logs using the upload link.
Hi Sam - we noticed these issues have been caused by the customizations that are made for DIY Nomad Shell. As this is not a supported deployment, I am closing this post.
