That is correct but you will need to run the original config through the Project Upgrade tool first as the controller will be wiped during the update and you have to re-upload once you have upgraded the file and checked it all still works.

The custom scripts will need to be checked as things have changed so something might not work, it will all depend on what your scripts do. I would look at the help file in 2.3 for the latest details. (You can run 2 versions of moasic on 1 machine you just need to install it into a different folder)

Also depending on how old you controller is will depend if it can be upgraded, make sure yours is fitted with a SD card for storage.
