Upgrading Mosaic

I have a MSC X currently running Mosaic 1.9.4. We are wanting to upgrade to Mosaic2 but are concerned that our piece will be compromised. Will upgrading harm our piece??

Hi there, all MSCX units are fully compatable with Mosaic Designer 2.x versions. You will need to run the firmware update tool (included with Designer downloads) to update your hardware. Then you can update your project with the project upgrade tool and you should be good to go.
