Network primary and slave controller. How does it work?

Hello!
I did not quite understand from the manual how the master and slave controllers work with each other.
For example: in the slave controller there is a trigger with the action of sending UDP. In this case, the slave controller does not have an ethernet bus in the properties. How does this action work?

  • Good day colleagues.
One project uploaded to three controllers at the object.
When working on the project an unpleasant detail was revealed.
When testing the operation of the trigger, which is responsible for sending UDP telegrams for the control system, it turned out that the server receives 9(!) telegrams from the controllers
    Trigger
if you upload the project to 1 controller, then everything is fine
Please tell me how to configure the system to get rid of unnecessary answers from controllers
