Update Touch Screen Sliders, maybe Lua?

I have a few sliders to control the intensity of the channels. They each have their own key, ex: intSlider001. And the channel number is 1. The slider works perfectly with it's trigger, but I would like to set the slider if a scene button takes over that channel. Is there a way to update the sliders to the fixtures' current status?

    Here is an example of how to accomplish this. Obviously, the more sliders you want to update the more overhead it is for the processor. The scripts simply enable/disable updates to the sliders. You wouldn't want to update the slider with the address level while the user is moving the sliders as the indicators will jump around. Have fun!
