M-AVC Mk2??

So i was flipping through the legacy devices in architectural, and noticed a not so old Mosaic Audio Video Controller.

Now that Mosaic has the ability to add Audio Files to Timelines, a more modern version with HDMI or other Analog outputs would be quite intriguing.

  • Hey Shadow,

The M-AVC was a product we discontinued when we went to version 2 of Mosaic. The M-AVC only did standard definition video, and to be honest, it wasn't a very popular product for us. Rather than doing an Mk2 version, we decided to discontinue it all together as the investment in development wouldn't have been worth it. Currently, the MSC X, Atlas, and Atlas Pro are the only controllers that support audio output with timelines.

  • I suppose. I hold out hope for a Networked Media Player.

A specific application for me would have benefited greatly from a Networked Mosaic Audio Player. But yeah, I guess that's just me.

It's just a pipe dream of mine for some kind of Audio and Video Distributed processing system from Someone.
