Logs show correct output, but lights are flashing different colors

There are a lot of possibilities with the limited info. 
one is that they are in a test mode at the fixture not listening to the mosaic at all.  It’s also possible another timeline is playing with higher priority and not being released. 
are you viewing this from the WEB UI or the software?

viewing from the web UI and a Live camera pointed at the Bridge. Is there a spot to look to see if in "Test Mode"

Assuming you don't have other controllers on your network like Paradigm or Eos, I'd start by looking for leftover content in your timeline. 

Legacy programming would occasionally apply the content to individual fixtures, and Pharos takes the highest line for output. If the group members were collapsed in the timeline tab, it would be easy to miss. There's a slight highlighting on the group line if there's content hidden.

I didn't word that very clearly, let me know if I'm confusing.

Thank you for the replay. I just took over the programming from a different tech who left. So very green at this system.

The test would be something that was on the fixture end not the mosaic end and I can’t say if the fixtures even have such a mode without more understanding of what they are. 
Can you see that the green timeline is the only one playing? Is this a new issue or a new installation?

Do you have mosaic Designer software?

Do you have an SACN viewer? 

Thanks for the reply. I have Mosaic Designer Ver 2.12.0 . I setup everything on there and then upoad to my controller via Web UI. This is a new issue, I just started taking over this project from someone who left, So I am very green with this. So I basically just look at the "Logs" when logged into the controller and it shows output being "green" and in the past month it has always been the same as the colors being displayed on the bridge. 

Can you grab a screenshot of the output tab? That would show if Mosaic is sending the rainbow or not.

Unfortunately this sounds a bit deeper than I can probably talk you thru in the forum with any expediency. If it’s an emergency issue you should call this in to the 24/7 phone support team. It would probably be easier to talk you thru this with live answers vs a very long back and forth. If it can wait until Monday then support could help alot more than just emergency response.

also I would suggest having a look at the mosaic trainings available on learning stage thru a MyETC login and some on YouTube as well. 

Do you know if the 24/7 support would cost money?

that said judging by the output you posted the issue you have is not mosaic at it shows the whole universe at 0. 

Got ya thank you, I do have the lights off as we speak. The public was calling in saying the bridge was flashing. So I turn them on quick test and than back off when it goes through all the colors.
