I have a bunch or pneumatic relays that I have recorded by using a Pathways analog -> DMX converter feeding a DMX Node -> sACN recorded by the Mosaic sACN Recorder.
The original analog relays are being replaced by a bunch of KissBox Artnet relays.
In Mosaic I added a bunch of relays that I patched into both sACN and Artnet.
I imported the recording into Mosaic, and I added it to a timeline.
It will work all day long in live simulation: The timeline plays, the devices are turned on/off by the recorded stream, and the physical Artnet relays click on and off just fine.
I can also control them by scenes, just fine.
Everything is happy and working...but....
I then push the config to the MSC and run live:
I now ONLY have control of the Artnet devices by scenes. The recored sACN stream does NOT output to Artnet...even those the relays are patched to both sACN and Artnet.
What confuses me is that IT WORKS IN LIVE SIMULATION JUST DUCKY...but NOT in actual live
I kind of feel like this is NOT the intended behavior...and I REALLY need to be able to have the recorded streams talk to the Artnet universe.
Any thoughts?
(I won't talk about my frustration of not being able to see or edit the imported streams)
