Desire fixture profiles

Eric emailed me the installer.  Windows is confused how to open it.  Is there a method to the install?

Ken, if you're talking about a Mosaic Designer specific fixture personality, they generally don't come as an installer.  Typically it's a zip file which contains some files you put in a specific location.  Any chance your machine doesn't like incoming emailed .zips?
