Paradigm Presets not capturing all dimmers.

We have a series of presets recorded in our Unison/Paradigm controller, but they are behaving strangely.

We use our light board, either an Element 40 or an Ion to set levels, and then "record" the levels to the Unison/Paradigm controller using the record/preset panels on stage or in the control room.  What's peculiar is that the system doesn't capture all the channels/dimmers that are up - it seems to selectively ignore channels.  

Any ideas?

    In order for your Unison system to snapshot the levels that you set on the console, the fixtures have to be patched in both the console and the Unison system. Additionally, they also have to be included in the Presets within the Unison configuration. This ca only be done using the Unison Configuration software. It is a simple change, but you will need to contact Technical Service in order to get this changed.\
