Unison & Dimmer Doubling

Our theatre has a Unison processor with three remote stations that are programmed for work lights, house lights and typically rehearsal lights. The system was installed circa 1999.

We use a lot of dimmer doubling. The Unison processor will not record any outputs from B side of dimmer doublers. Why is this? Can we have this adjusted?

We have to take great care to circuit rehearsal lights to A sides of dimmer doublers. We also cannot program 'whole scenes' or complete backup looks to the booth station that has 10 buttons.

In order to have the unison processor output both you need architectural channels for both a and b sides in the config. The best way to handle that is contact a local technician and hire them to come in and reprogram it.
