Unison portable controller

I have a portable controller and when I plug it in the screen boot but no more. I go into the control screen and its it saying the node is unbound. After working in light manager I entered the Id but its still not bound, did I miss a step.

So the controller powers up, but your programmed screen isn't showing?

The screen says Union ETC 1995-1996, you can touch it but it does not change. The Union panel says the node is unbound

I would suggest a call to your local ETC support - there are a lot of things that this could be, ranging from hardware faults to simple things like needing to bind at the processor.
