Last night, for the second time in about two years, our Legacy Unison system momentarily failed, leaving our house and lobby in the dark (of course after the show while we're trying to get our guests safely out to the casino floor, not during the show while most people are still in their seats). During the blackout, the lights on the button panels were also unresponsive. There was no power interruption to my knowledge (if there were, the Sensor rack with the house and lobby circuits would have gone into panic mode when power was restored and that did not happen). Is there any sort of error logging in the Legacy Unison ER rack itself that can tell me what happened? What sort of things can I troubleshoot to prevent this from happening again?

You need to call tech support and/or your local service center. USA tech support is available 24/7 for show critical needs, like unplanned blackouts! They can help guide you through some basics to determine if something need repair.
