My church has an ETC Unison lighting system that's about 9 years old.
We have two zones/rooms: 1) Sanctuary, where most of the fixtures are as well as 3 wall panels (push button) and a couple of DMX input jacks with one 24 channel ETC SmartFade mixer; 2) Narthex, a handful of channels and 2 push button panels.
In the electrical room, we have two Unison panels with D20 dimmers. One is filled, and the secondary panel has about 8 channels filled.
Something odd started happening last night. I had just a few channels on in the sanctuary (Unison panel 1) but noticed some lights flickering in the Narthex (on Unison panel 2).
As I was investigating this, the flickering got much worse but only included lights on that 2nd Unison panel. Looking at the dimmers, I can see the "Signal" lights flickering for those channels. I ended up just turning the affected breakers off for now.
I tried swapping breakers, re-seating DMX connections, re-seating the Unison control modules in both boxes, rebooting the system, etc., but had no luck.
Any tips or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
