I'm new to the forum, as well as ETC products as far as troubleshooting and where to go to find the best information.
We have several heritage push button stations, as well as a fader station. All units are showing offline. I've hard reset our unit a couple times, and yet, our stations continue to be offline. What troubleshooting steps can I take next to resolve these issues?
