Best Foundry Dimmer for S4 Mini LEDs?

So if what I've read is true, for 1 ETC no longer makes the MR16 Source 4 Mini anymore?

If that is the case, what is the best of the 2 Foundry Dimmers to use with a S4 Mini LED?
