Helping a friend out. They have a Smartlink ACP in a Unison DRd 120v, 12 dimmers, with one wall panel to control presets. The Smartlink ACP suddenly appears to have no power, Thought the station power module does have one light on it for link power.
Flipped breakers, looked inside the modules, re seated everything, hit the reset button, nothing stood out, no changes.
Anyone had this problem before? Am I missing something obvious? Any thoughts?
Called tech support but they seem to be on a Monday to Friday schedule now.
Phone support is still 24/7 365, even during COVID. If it is after business hours (central time) or the weekend please leave a message and they will call back within 15 minutes. It helps if you leave them the job site name and address as they can often pull up drawings. Now we do try and ask for it to be an emergency to call on the weekend. But everyone’s emergencies are different. If you are only onsite on the weekend then call phone support. If it can wait to Monday and it’s not Musson critical then we greatly appreciate giving our technical staff a bit more of their weekend.
Has there been any storms or power outages recently? The processor may have taken a surge hit?
Also please see the support article as it may help.

Amazing thank you. I guess the voicemail said they'd get back on the next business day so I didn't bother, good to know.
This article is super helpful thank you! I had gone through most of these steps... Now I just have to find where the "test mode" switch is
Found it!
Still no power. Seems like it might need repair
For those following the thread and wondering, Test Mode is in the upper right.
