Paradigm touch panel lost power

Hi there. We had a power outage at our facility and now one of our two touchscreens is blank (but shows that it is rebooting, and then nothing). The Paradigm rack says that Screen 2 is Offline. I am sure that there is a quick fix here, but I don't know what that might be. Can anyone help me out here?

Sooo, I unplugged the cables from the panel and reattached them (for the umpteenth time) and it came back on.

Only thing I can think of this time that I did different was that I powered down the whole rack and powered it back up before removing and reattaching cables.
