Our auditorium has an old ETC Unison legacy system. We came back after Christmas break, and suddenly the whole Unison system was down. All of our LCD screens were out, they just said “Unison”. And the preset stations just waterfalled. I went to the Unison controller and tried to reboot. Every time I went into the menu, and tried to enter the Architectural menu, it would say “loading please wait” and exit right back into the “system ok” screen. I rebooted the system multiple times and nothing is working. We are due for a system upgrade soon, but as for now we have no preset controls. Anybody know what could be up?
