P-TS7 touchscreen

Hello!

Can someone help me with our P-TS7 touchscreen after reset the default password screen keeps popping out every time we change different page or look. We reboot the touchscreen it will ask the main password 4116 then our password screen for our design. How can I remove the password default screen to keep popping out? Which software I can use to edit the touchscreen design? Thank you.

This is likely a lock out being active and means the button you press when you start the config up is locked out and that throws up the popup.

If you save your config from your processor and email the local ETC office then they will be able to advise on what might be the best solution or tell you what you need to do to stop this from happening.

You wont be able to open the whole config with Control Designer so will need ETC or a authorized service person to look at it for you.
