New Station Engraving Tool Feature Request

With the release of the new station engraving tool on etcconnect.com, it appears that a feature that would render the stations as a graphic with the custom labels on the pdf export is no longer available. While it may allow for greater standardization between stations and does include an easy-to-read key, the benefit of the old feature is that customers would be able to better preview the station look and coordinate adjustments as necessary. Could this feature be reimplemented instead of just displaying numeric caps?

  • Hey  , thanks for the feedback! The main reason for this change is that multiple stations can have the same part number even though they have different engraving, so showing the engraving on the station itself may not reflect all the engraving that would be on that station.

    That said, I do understand the request. Let me give some thought to how we might be able to compromise on this.
