Legacy Unison Touchscreen Alignment

One of our LCD stations is having a alignment problem. I have to press about 1/4" below a button to activate it. This station has not had any changes made to it for a long time. How do I recalibrate the screen?

Howdy deaneparker,

Unfortunately, LCD screens in Legacy Unison do not have a calibration. Based on the problem that you described, it sounds like either the touch overlay or the LCD screen has slipped physically. This can happen over time.

The solution is to call your nearest ETC Technical Services office to start the process for bringing that station in for repair.
