I am working on two systems where we believe we have narrowed an issue down to the relays shutting off before the fixtures go to a neutral state causing the fixtures to go back to a factory settings state, losing the DMX address.
The background with this issue is: When a preset on the wall mounted button stations is turned on and then off, over time, the lighting fixtures (randomly chosen) will lose their DMX address. The system setup is a Sensor IQ routed to a Scene Controller then routed to opto splitters and then out to Elektralite Eyeballs. What we believe we have determined is that the relays are shutting off before the fixture is able to go back into a neutral state. We have a different site that has the relays in the Sensor IQ always on, even when the off preset is selected which, so far, has not reproduced the issue with the Elektralite fixtures.
What we would like to at this site is also set the relays to always stay on but are having difficulty figuring out where and how to tell the Sensor IQ to keep the relays always on. Any help with this would be very much appreciated.
