I have a new touchscreen that is plugged in ethernet with POE. I can plug it in it will boot and load and will work but after time it will go offline. I will have to reboot it to work again. I'm not sure what is wrong?

A couple of things come to mind. Double check terminations, a lose term could be causing the POE to drop. The other thing is what switch are you using? Some switches shut down ports after a while, if no active data. It may be a switch energy management issue.
Check the IP and make sure it doesn't conflict with anything else in the System.
In a recent service call they had two P-TS7's that would boot loop after a time and it turned out that they had the same IP.
After changing one of the IPs, all was well and functional.
Just a thought, may or may not be it pending on what else is on the network.
Can you please clarify- is this an EchoTouch (this is the Echo forum) or a Paradigm Touchscreen?
