Does the lockout button prevent actions from the Echo Integration Interface?

Hi ClarkSRS! It does not. If you lockout a space in Echo from a keyswitch station, EchoTouch, or a contact input interface, the Echo Integration Interface will still be able to receive UDP and issue the appropriate command across the Echo bus for devices to respond.

The main reason for this is: when using the EII, it would be pretty safe to assume there is an AV system or 3rd party control system on the other end with their own lockout methods. Given that our first firmware version of this product didn't support the ability to lock/unlock your Echo system from the EII, nor any configuration in EchoAccess, we felt that we'd allow that lockout ability to happen directly in the 3rd party system. This would then allow you to still have control over Echo even if you wanted to lock your stations out. 

We take a similar approach in EchoTouch by allowing the Echo Lockout to not lock that device. However, there is the ability to toggle that on EchoTouch. We could look into this as an option on the EII in the future.
