In an Echo Touch video Shawn Fernandez (ETC) remarked that you can control all house lights or certain stage lights from the Echo Touch with a fader. How do I go about this? ex. I have 7 circuits of house lights but would like a single fader to control ALL 7. Or a fader that has theatrical lights for a "rehearsal" look. I understand using a Preset with sACN but don't understand how to make a fader control more than 1 device. Thanks in advance!
stagedirection - We can actually do a clever trick that will probably accomplish what you want.
As long as you don't need individual control of each circuit, and just want a global "houselight fader" we can do that in patch.
It is possible to patch multiple dimmers to a single channel in patch, you can only do this by using the Add Device Wizard.

You'll have to do them one at a time this way but it works. 
As you will be patching 7 circuits to a single channel, you can then just add a Channel Fader to your page for Channel 1 and it will control them all as a "group".

And you can see that on the channel page all 4 Channel 1's will come up with that single fader.

You can not do it from the patch screen page. It had to be done from the "ADD Device" wizard one at a time.
Make it look like this screen shot where you would have already patched channel 1 once. You need to go into the patch wizard and change the channel to 1 or the same channel you are trying to duplicate, and then whatever the extra dmx values are.
