I updated to the newest firmware.

My issue is the touch screen reaction time from me touching a button. There is at least a 5-7 second delay most times. This is causing major frustration as well as mis firing buttons because they do not react, then it goes back to the main screen and where I was pressing was selected... Please tell me there is a fix to the touch reaction time?

Hey Bob Bush , that is certainly not normal. Are you seeing this delay when activating a preset? Or also when switching from page to page? Do you happen to know if you're on the older Mk1 hardware or the current Mk2? Either way, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team to see if we can figure out what's going on.
